LEGAL PLAT:  There have been a few changes to the original plat.  This is the most current.

There has been one change since this was recorded.  Lot 15 is now 20 feet wider to the west and a sanitary sewer easement has been eliminated there and next to retention at lot 6.  A new sanitary easement has been established on the west side of the creek.   Sanitary Sewer is not available to any lots except if someone wanted to subdivide lot 16 into 2-3 lots.

See Comments for additional details on lots.

To See a Septic/Well layout, click here.  This may not show legal changes in the plat but shows where septic and wells should be located to ensure they properly fit.

We encourage you to obtain a full set of documents and plat.  We can send you a PDF copy of anything or all of it is here, online.  To see things better it is often good to take relevant documents to a copy shop and have them expaned to 24x36 or so in size.

There is a mid-area on both sides of the creek.  The Michael Gillig Nature Area has been created.  A group called Pheasants Forever will take out some things and add native prairie grasses and wild flowers in the area.  Eventually we may have walks thru the area.   (This was getting exstablished when the sanitary district decided to invade and put in lines for potential users farther north.  We now have to await that area to regrow.)
