Lots are considered available until there is an acceptable contract on them.  Note bottom sentence!

Please review this page for lots that are available and note that a lot may have a contract on it and that contract may fall thru.  Thus, it becomes available again.  You may want to check to see how "solid" a contract is or place a back up contract on the lot.

If you wish to purchase multiple lots and close on them at different times you can create one contract with an addendum for the lots and a schedule, or you can create multiple contracts, one for each lot.

Lots under contract or have closed as of the date listed below, last modified date at bottom of page, are NOT available:

2, 3, 4, 8, 12, 19, 20, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26, 28, 29, 31, 32, 34, 33, 35, 37, 38, 39, 42, 43, 46

are NOT available.

See special information on lots 15  (it has been replatted and is now larger!) and 16 is referenced below.

(Lot 16 was preliminarily approved by the village to become three lots subject to sewer line coming into subdivision.  That line is expected to be in late 2008 or 2009.  It becomes the choice of purchaser to use it as one lot or two lots or three lots.)

Needless to say, this may change quickly and before we have a chance to modify this web site.  It is usually posted within 24 hours.

You should do a manual refresh on your browser to ensure that your are getting the latest information if you have visited the site recently.
